You Spend 3 Hours on Comments. Here Is How to Spend 10 Minutes.
The average creator spends 3 hours per week managing YouTube comments. With AI classification, bulk actions, and smart prioritization, you can cut that to 10 minutes.

The 3-hour trap
You open YouTube Studio. 47 new comments since yesterday. You start reading from the top.
Comment 1: "Love this!" You heart it. 5 seconds.
Comment 2: "When is the next video?" You type a reply. 45 seconds.
Comment 3: Spam. You delete it. 10 seconds.
Comment 4: A long question about your camera setup. You type a detailed reply. 3 minutes.
Comment 5: "First!" You skip it. 2 seconds.
Forty-two more to go.
By the time you finish, you have spent your entire creative morning on comments. No filming. No editing. No strategy. Just replying.
This is the trap. And it gets worse as your channel grows.
The problem is not the volume. It is the sorting.
Most of those 47 comments do not need a reply. Some need a heart. Some need to be hidden. A handful need a thoughtful reply that builds your community.
The problem is that YouTube Studio shows them in chronological order with no intelligence. You read every single one to figure out which is which.
What if the sorting was already done for you?
How NAWA classifies comments before you see them
When your comments sync to NAWA, each one is classified by an AI engine:
Intent: Is this a question, praise, complaint, suggestion, collaboration request, or spam? This tells you what kind of response it needs.
Sentiment: Positive, negative, neutral, or mixed. With a confidence score.
Priority: High (questions, complaints from repeat viewers), medium (praise from new viewers), low (one-word comments, spam).
Dialect: For Arabic creators, Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, or MSA. The AI replies in the matching dialect.
By the time you open your dashboard, your comments are already sorted by priority. Questions from superfans are at the top. Spam is at the bottom. You do not read 47 comments. You review 7 that matter.
The 10-minute workflow
Here is what your morning looks like with NAWA:
Minute 1-2: Open dashboard. See the 5-7 high-priority comments flagged for your attention. These are questions from repeat viewers and complaints that need addressing.
Minute 3-5: Review AI-drafted replies. Each draft matches your tone (set once in Tone Studio with 4 sliders: formality, friendliness, emoji usage, conciseness). Approve with one click or edit if needed.
Minute 6-7: Bulk actions. Heart all positive comments. Skip all low-priority ones. Auto-hide the spam.
Minute 8-10: Check the Intelligence Snapshot. Which segment is growing? Any alerts? What should your next video be about?
Done. Ten minutes. Every comment handled. Your audience feels heard. You have the rest of your morning to create.
Semi-Auto vs doing nothing
Some creators worry about AI replies feeling fake. That is a valid concern with bad tools.
NAWA runs in Semi-Auto mode by default. This means: AI drafts, you approve. Nothing posts without your explicit approval. You see every reply before your audience does.
The AI learns from every reply you approve. After 20-30 approvals, the drafts start sounding like you wrote them. Your audience cannot tell the difference, because the voice is yours.
If you are not comfortable with AI drafts, Manual mode lets you use the classification and prioritization without any AI replies. You still save 2 hours a week just from not reading spam.
The math
| Approach | Time per week | Comments handled | Engagement rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manual (YouTube Studio) | 3+ hours | All, but slowly | Inconsistent |
| NAWA Semi-Auto | 10 minutes | All, prioritized | Consistent, faster |
| Ignoring comments | 0 minutes | None | Declining |
The choice is not between replying and not replying. It is between replying manually and replying intelligently.
Start your 7-day trial and take your mornings back.
